Terminology:
The terms "Client," "You," and "Your" refer to the individual accessing this website and accepting the company's terms and conditions. "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," "Our," and "Us" pertain to our company. "Party," "Parties," or "Us" refer to both the Client and ourselves or either the Client or ourselves. All terms indicate the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary for the process of our assistance to the Client, whether through formal meetings or any other means, in line with the prevailing laws of the United States of America. The use of the above terminology, whether in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, is interchangeable and refers to the same.

Access:
Clients are given various options to grant Lavish Cleaning Services access to their residences. Optimal convenience involves entrusting a key to the residence, securely stored with us. Clients with alarm systems are asked to share access instructions with Lavish Cleaning Services to avoid any inconvenience.
For enhanced security, keys are not returned via mail. Clients are required to contact us collect keys in person from a Lavish Cleaning Services employee, presenting a valid photo ID for key retrieval. In instances where leaving a key with Lavish Cleaning Services is not feasible, clients may arrange a meeting with the service provider at their residence. Clients are directed to the Cancellation Policy in cases where Lavish Cleaning Services encounters difficulty accessing the home during the pre-established arrival window. If neither of these options is feasible, alternative arrangements must be made with Lavish Cleaning Services.

Payment:
Prompt and full payment is expected at the time of the cleaning service.
To facilitate seamless transactions, a valid credit card must be on file with Lavish Cleaning Services. The client's account will be charged the balance due, inclusive of any applicable fees, following each cleaning session unless an alternate form of payment is provided at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or checks. Clients are advised that a $20 fee will be charged for each returned check or failed credit card transaction.

Scheduling:
Scheduled cleanings, whether recurring or one-time, are organized based on Lavish Cleaning Services' comprehensive checklist and priorities discussed during the initial consultation. One-time cleanings are scheduled in standard blocks of time, and every effort is made to complete the service within the allocated time frame. Clients foregoing a deep clean at the commencement of service are advised that several cleanings may be necessary to accurately assess ongoing maintenance needs. Patience is requested during this learning period, with a commitment to addressing areas requiring additional attention during subsequent maintenance cleanings. Some homes may be subject to a first-time cleaning fee.
While Lavish Cleaning Services endeavors to maintain consistency by assigning the same staff members for regular cleanings, this is not guaranteed. In cases of vacation, illness, or staff departure, Lavish Cleaning Services reserves the right to provide a replacement professional house cleaner.
In situations where, due to the unique nature of the client's home, service providers are unable to complete the cleaning within the initially specified time frame, the client may be contacted for authorization to extend the cleaning duration. Any additional costs incurred will be communicated to the client before proceeding with the additional work. Lavish Cleaning Services retains the right to levy additional fees to the final cleaning price for services deemed extensive or inconsistent with the home description provided at booking. Clients are reminded to ensure accurate information in the booking form, emphasizing the importance of an uncluttered space for effective service.

Arrival Windows:
In line with a commitment to quality service for all valued clients, Lavish Cleaning Services refrains from specifying exact arrival times. Arrival windows are instituted to empower professional house cleaners to navigate the variables of each day and each home without compromising on service promises.

Service providers will adhere to the following arrival timeframes:

When Lavish Cleaning Services has a key to the home, the arrival window is between 8 am and 4 pm.

When meeting someone at the client’s home, a two-hour arrival window will be set between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.

Feedback:
Post each cleaning session, clients are invited to provide feedback by rating the service on a scale from 1 to 10. The client's rating directly influences the compensation level for the assigned professional house cleaners. Lavish Cleaning Services values client opinions and considers feedback essential for continuous service improvement.

Gratitude:
While tipping is not mandatory at Lavish Cleaning Services, it is a thoughtful gesture appreciated by our professional cleaners. Clients may also express their appreciation by posting an online review, acknowledging the high-quality service provided.

24-Hour Guarantee:
Recognizing the personal and human nature of cleaning services, Lavish Cleaning Services acknowledges that on rare occasions, an area may not meet the client's satisfaction. While a refund is not offered, Lavish Cleaning Services commits to re-cleaning any area that does not meet the client's expectations. Clients are encouraged to communicate any issues or concerns within 24 hours of the cleaning, and Lavish Cleaning Services will diligently work to rectify the situation.

Cancellation:
Understanding the need for occasional rescheduling, Lavish Cleaning Services requires a minimum of two business days' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled service. Less notice or the inability to access the client's home may necessitate charging up to the full price of the cleaning. Subsequent cleanings will remain unaffected. Clients are directed to contact the local office directly for scheduling changes, as schedule or service modifications cannot be made through the assigned professional house cleaner.
Recurring services are priced at a discounted rate. In the event of a client choosing to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, regular One-Time Cleaning charges will apply.

Breakage/Loss:
Lavish Cleaning Services, being bonded and insured, ensures coverage in the event of breakage or loss. Notification of breakage or loss must be provided within 48 hours of the service. Key replacement or locksmith fees are applicable only in cases of lost or miscoded keys, with a liability limit of $100 per location for key replacement and/or locksmith services.

Supplies:
Lavish Cleaning Services employs safe and reliable professional-grade cleaning supplies for all cleaning tasks. However, if clients possess special products they prefer used on specific surfaces, Lavish Cleaning Services is amenable to accommodating such requests. Clients are encouraged to contact the office to discuss any special instructions before the scheduled cleaning.
Animals and Pets:
Ensure that all pets are securely placed in their travel crates or kennels. While Lavish Cleaning Services will treat all pets with care and respect, we cannot be held responsible for their escape.

Limits For Our Services:
For safety and insurance reasons, our staff does not climb higher than a two-step ladder. We will make every effort to reach all visible areas using extension dusters or vacuum extensions. Please note the following limitations:

We cannot move items weighing more than 25 pounds.

Firearms must be moved by clients to an area we do not clean; we do not touch or move firearms.

We do not handle animal/human waste, urine, vomit, blood, or other bio-hazardous materials.

The use of bleach is limited to client requests, and we will not be responsible for any damage it may cause.

Our cleaning services are focused on "living space," which refers to areas in a home or facility with air conditioning.

We do not remove or haul away trash, debris, or furniture, including Post Construction Clean Up.

Construction Cleaning:
Before attending a new construction job site, clients must ensure that all equipment, tools, and debris are removed. It is highly recommended that all work orders for construction are completed before our final clean-up services.
